Olempic Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Olempic mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by VOLNA LLC, a UAE-registered company in Shams Free Zone, doing business as Olempic ("we," "our," "us").
By using Olempic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Olempic. The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
3. Description of Service
Olempic is a wellness and health tracking tool designed to help users record and manage information related to GLP-1 medication use, weight tracking, nutrition, hydration, and side effects.
Important: Olempic is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.
4. Accounts and Access

• iOS: No user account is required. Data is stored in your personal iCloud account.
• Android: Requires Google Sign-In; data is stored securely in Google Firebase.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the Service without our permission.
• Enter false or misleading information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
6. Paid Features & Subscriptions
Some features may require payment via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments are processed by the respective platforms through RevenueCat; we do not store your payment details.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
7. Health Data Handling
By using Olempic, you may choose to enter personal health information. We process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Health data is encrypted, stored securely, and never sold or used for advertising.
8. Intellectual Property
Olempic and all associated content, trademarks, and software are the property of VOLNA LLC d/b/a Olempic or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Third-Party Services
Olempic may integrate with:

• Apple Health (iOS)
• Google Health Connect (Android)
• Analytics & crash reporting tools

Your use of these integrations is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that Olempic will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your needs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOLNA LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VOLNA LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Olempic or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using Olempic at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
